Welcome to preseason!
Training is open to new and returning players, or anyone ‘rugby-curious’. Note we will have contact during the session, so bring your mouth guards.

Remember to bring:
- Mouth guard
- Runners, not boots (studs not allowed at facility)
- Water
- sun protection
- rugby shorts and training top (if you have them)
