Get strong and in-form before we take on our challengers. This will cover over all the basics of strength training and is suitable for new, prospective and experienced Chargers. Non-players welcome to join in the fun too.

These are high value sessions and we want you to come to this.

After our sessions, we’ll be heading out to lunch somewhere locally where we can eat away all the good work :P
