We are hosting our annual Try Rugby/Rugby 101 day on Saturday 4th Feb.
Everyone is welcome to attend – whether you’re new to Rugby, have been playing for years, or a supporter.

You don’t need any special gear, just wear something comfortable to exercise in Please bring a water bottle and sunscreen and maybe a sweat towel. We will also have lunch afterwards so you can get to know everyone.

If you’re feeling unwell, better to be safe and stay home – you’ll always be welcome another time at a training session.
